Online reservations are checked daily during business hours. You will be called or emailed with confirmation of your reservation. If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, please call  us at 308.455.3188 to confirm that your reservation was received. 

Please note The Retreat’s lobby hours for pick-up and drop-off times:

Lobby Hours

Monday-Friday: 7:30am-6:00pm 
Saturday: 8:00am-10:00am & 5:00pm-6:00pm
Sunday: 5:00pm-6:00pm

Our lobby is closed New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, & Christmas Day.

  • The following vaccinations are required and need to be up-to-date prior to boarding your pet at The Retreat:

    • Dogs: Annual Rabies, Distemper / Parvo, Canine Influenza H2N2, Lepto, Bordetella every six months, and broad-spectrum deworming every six months or proof of a negative fecal exam.
    • Cats: Annual Rabies & FCRVP, and broad-spectrum deworming every six months or proof of a negative fecal exam.


  • Proof of vaccinations is required before your pet can board at The Retreat.

    You can bring a copy in with you when you drop off your pet or we can call your vet clinic and request a copy. If we already have your vaccinations on record either at The Retreat or at Cottonwood, please indicate that below.
